Pilot Targets

• Purchase two EV Minibuses
• Purchase two EV people carriers
• Secure new locations within communities to keep the EV vehicles.
• Scope out and install the most appropriate charging points for each location.
• Employ a part 6me Development officer.
• Disseminate information about the pilot to as many statutory and voluntary organisations as possible.
• Identify and work closely with user groups where transport was identified as a barrier.
• Identify and train Volunteer drivers to MiDAS Accessible standard.
• Work with Botanical Gardens for Wales on volunteer and transport issues
• Work with Ty Dyfryn Ammanford
• Extend pilot area to Aberystwyth
